A new outreach initiative aimed at directly impacting the at-risk people of color in underserved communities started with the Brockton High School Athletic Department in 2020. Each year, the Foundation sponsors 12 scholar leader athletes at the Foxboro TB12 Center, giving the students a two-hour session, once a month for the duration of the school year as well as equipment and resources to stay healthy. The sessions consist of hands-on manual therapy and bodywork, functional workouts, and mentorship. The mentorship consists of a range of guidance, from college application assistance, career advice, and nutrition guidance, as well as working with their body coaches to learn more about functional training and working to prevent less injuries. A strength & conditioning program was also implemented in 2022 to reach all student athletes at Brockton High 2x a week throughout each sports season. In addition, TB12 equipment has been donated by the Foundation to Brockton High School.
